Provenance: Early experimental ceramic openwork bowl with multi-color and gilt glazes. Acquired directly from Richard DeVore when he was the ceramics master at Cranbrook Academy of Art. It was originally purchased from the daughter of Glen Paulsen, president of the Academy and head of the Architecture Department at the time (1966- 1970).
Condition: Small 1/4" repair chip to rim.
